What is your Refund & Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund. Please email us with your Order Number (CC# or RSG#) to hello@ccc.supply to initiate your request. We currently do not do any size exchanges, but we do offer FREE RETURNS within the USA and Canada.

If you have received an item in:

  • Damaged condition due to shipping and handling

  • Graphical and/or fabric error

  • Manufacturing Garment defect out of the package

If we are at fault for any of the reasons above, you can return the item to us for free and for a full refund.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

There are a few things we can’t take back, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

How Do I Get a Refund?

  1. Start the Process: Email us at hello@ccc.supply within 30 days of receiving your item. Let us know your order number and why you’d like to return it.
  2. Get Your Return Label: We’ll review your request and, if everything checks out, we’ll send you a Return Label. Print the label and place it on the outer side of the parcel. If we cannot provide you with a return label, we will give you further instructions on how to send it back. If you have to pay out of pocket to return an item (US/CANADA ONLY), you will be reimbursed via store credit.
  3. Send It Back: Pack up the item and ship it back to us using a trackable service. 
  4. We Inspect It: Once we get your return, we’ll check it out to make sure it’s in good shape. If all is well, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  5. Get Your Money Back: We’ll refund the amount to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, it might take an extra 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

Do You Do Size Exchanges?

We currently do not do size exchanges. We currently only do returns and refunds. If you want an item in a different size, you will need to place a new order on our website.

Where’s My Refund?

If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time to officially post.
  • If you still don’t see it, email us at hello@ccc.supply or click/tap on the bottom right icon of the website to contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR COMPLIMENTARY RETURN SERVICE IS EXCLUSIVELY OFFERED WITHIN CANADA AND THE USA.

For international returns, as well as postage expenses, kindly note that these are the customer's responsibility to cover when sending back items, which may incur additional costs. To initiate an international return, please reach out to us via email.


To return an item, the following conditions must be met: Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery or 45 days since the order has been placed (this does not apply to pre-orders). If it is outside of that time window, you could email us to see what we can do with your situation. Since some items are pre-orders, it takes longer for items to be shipped out. To request a return for a pre-ordered item, you will have to contact us via email. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete. Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs as we are paying for the return label already in the first place. A full refund to your payment processor will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased. Once item(s) are received and inspected, refund will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item again and separately from the original order. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. *Please note -- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
